Terms & Conditions

RESERVE CONFIRMATION.
a) reservations requested on our website are subject to confirmation on our part.
b) To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay 20% of the total reservation whithin 3 days from booking.
c) The confirmation will be sent to the email address or telephone number provided by the client.
d) cars cannot be moved off the island under any circumstances
e) brand, model, color or type of fuel is not guaranteed
f) During the rental, refunds will only be made for reasons of force majeure, death of first-degree relatives.
g) to formalize the contract it is essential: driver's license, ID or passport, debit or credit card

DRIVER'S AGE.
The minimum age must be 22 years and a driving license of at least 2 years.

THE PRICE INCLUDES.
a) unlimited mileage
b) free additional driver
c) 24-hour roadside assistance
d) VAT included
e) comprehensive insurance
f) child seats

THE PRICE DO NOT INCLUDES.
a) damage caused to the underside of the vehicle, incorrect refueling of fuel, loss of keys, traffic fines or accidents due to non-compliance with the traffic regulations in force in Spain
b) damage to the hood of convertible vehicles
c) inside the vehicle there are no painted covers, burns on the seats, etc.

INSURANCE DOES NOT APPLY.
reckless driving or driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.

RESERVATIONS.
a) the management of traffic fines will have an amount of 50 euros
b) in case of extreme dirt, you will be charged an extra 50 euros (drink and food stains on the upholstery, bad odor due to having smoked in the car).

PAYMENT METHOD.
If a credit account is carried out, the cash will be debited.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP.
a) the delivery and collection of the vehicle will take place at the meeting point agreed in the contract and at the agreed time
b) the courtesy time at the pick-up time will be 30 minutes, after this time an additional day will be automatically charged

FUEL POLICY.
a) full/full
b) If this is not the case, you will be charged the missing amount and 15 euros for the fuel replacement service.

CANCELLATION POLICY.
Cancellation is free up to 5 days before the start of your reservation. If you do not meet the established deadline, you will be charged equivalent to 2 days of your reservation of your total reservation.

PROHIBITIONS.
a) smoking is prohibited inside the car
b) circulate off roads
